We assist customers to prepare and submit applications to lenders.

We do not provide financial advice, recommendations, or opinions about suitability.

Application Process

By submitting an application, you confirm:

• •all information is accurate and complete
• •you authorise us to submit applications on your behalf
• •you authorise credit and identity checks

We use your information to identify lenders who may be willing to consider your application.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Use of Technology and Automated Systems

Finance Worx Limited uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence tools, to assist with processing and extracting information submitted by users through this website. These systems are used for administrative efficiency only. They do not constitute financial advice, nor are they used as decision-making tools in respect of any lending outcome.

Finance Worx Limited does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by automated systems. Automated extraction and processing of information may not always be error-free. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing any information presented to them and for ensuring that all details submitted as part of an application are accurate and complete.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Finance Worx Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on outputs generated by automated systems, including any errors in data extraction or processing.

By using this website, you acknowledge and accept that automated systems form part of the service delivery and that your use of the website constitutes acceptance of this clause.

Authority

You authorise Finance Worx Limited to:

Your Responsibilities

You must ensure all information provided is true and complete.

You must notify us of any changes.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect information.

Fees

• •We may charge a broker fee between $0 and $995 for Consumer and Business Loans.
• •We may charge a broker fee of up to 1.5% total asset value on Commercial Loans.

Fees will be disclosed and agreed before loan drawdown.

Fees may be financed and subject to interest.

Commission

We may receive commissions from lenders and insurers.

Insurance

We may provide general information and facilitate access to insurance products.

We do not provide advice or assess suitability.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Finance Worx Limited is not liable for:

• •lender decisions
• •declined applications
• •loan terms offered
• •third-party information

Nothing excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

Termination

You may withdraw your application at any time.

We may terminate services at our discretion.
