Finance Worx Limited uses technology, including artificial intelligence, to assist with the processing of client-submitted information. Specifically, AI tools may be used to extract and organise data from documents provided by clients, such as loan statements or supporting financial records. This process may be automated.

These technology tools are used for operational and administrative purposes only. They do not provide recommendations of any kind. No automated system is used to determine lending outcomes. All lending decisions are made solely by third-party lenders based on their own assessment criteria.

Finance Worx Limited acts as an intermediary only. The use of automated technology does not alter this position. Nothing generated by these systems constitutes financial advice, and clients must not rely on any system-generated output as a basis for making financial decisions.

Clients should seek independent financial advice if they require guidance on the suitability of any financial product or lending arrangement.

Fees and Commission

• •Finance Worx Limited may charge a broker fee of between $0 and $995 for Consumer and Business Loans.
• •Finance Worx Limited may charge a broker fee of up to 1.5% total asset value on Commercial Loans.

Fees will be disclosed and agreed before any finance contract is entered.

We may also receive commissions from lenders and insurers. These commissions vary depending on the provider and transaction.

Conflicts of Interest

We receive commissions when finance or insurance is arranged.

This creates a financial interest in completed transactions.

We manage this by not providing recommendations and allowing you to make your own decisions.

Insurance Products

We may provide general information about insurance products and facilitate access to third-party providers.

We do not provide advice or assess suitability.

You should review policy documents carefully and determine whether the product is appropriate for your circumstances.
